OUR POLICY

Shipping and Delivery is the charge for Internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. Delivery times are not guaranteed; it is to our best approximation and will depend on the delivery area. Shipments and deliveries only occur on weekdays.

  • Orders completed before 4:00PM (MST) will be sent out the same day!
  • We can ship to any address within Canada and United States! We ship items through UPS, Canada Post, Purolator or FedEx. Severe weather and holidays may result in Order Delays.
  • Orders placed after cut off time on Friday or on Saturday & Sunday will not be processed until Monday.

Free delivery
All orders over CA$450 before taxes qualify for Free Ground Shipping. All orders over $1000 before taxes are qualified for Free Express Shipping.

PICK UP IN STORE

Orders placed online for in-store pickup can be picked up at our warehouse in Edmonton, AB 6 days a week during normal business operating hours. There is no charge for pick up orders. Once an order is placed and payment is validated, the order can be picked up in as little as 60 min.

Normal business hours are from Monday – Saturday 9AM-5PM (Sunday Closed). All in-store pick up orders will be held at front counter. Please ensure to bring your invoice print out along with your order number for quick and efficient service.

The shipping times are based on estimates from the shipping couriers. Delayed packages being held in customs are out of our control and will affect shipping times outside of Canada, please allow for 1-2 business day delay due to shipments passing through customs.

*Any large order over 50 SKU’s placed within 30 minutes of cut off may be subject to partial shipment. We try our best to ship these out but in a scenario that an order contains a 50 SKU’s it may take more than an hour to pull, verify, and pack.
